We had a good experience with a few highlights and some bumps along the way. The kids absolutely loved the pool area and the water slides, which offered plenty of fun, but some of the rooms felt quite dated and could use an upgrade. Although the staff was generally pleasant, our breakfast experience wasn’t great, and I found the prices a bit steep for what we received. It was a decent family trip overall, but be prepared for some imperfections.
